our story

Here for a little while.

Not a café. A moment: a few green hours at a time, one city at a time, then gone. That's the whole point. If you know, you come early.

Collective Community began with founder Zaina Al Abdalla and a simple conviction: Amman deserved California-inspired, ceremonial-grade matcha done properly, and coffee treated with the same respect, served somewhere that feels like a gathering, not a queue.

So instead of opening another café, she opened a moment. A table in Dabouq, drinks made one at a time, first come first served, and a crowd that turned into a community. The star-eye on our cups is a promise: we see you, come find us.

Green on one side, brown on the other.

The matcha side is ceremonial-grade and whisked to order: softened with vanilla and honey, or leaned dark with rich toasted brown sugar.

The coffee side holds its own: the Ruby Spanish (a creamy Spanish latte with ruby chocolate notes), the Bueno and Biscoff lattes, and a bold cold brew finished with a silky Oreo cream top.
